食材明细土豆1个，苹果1个，芹菜100G，火腿肠1条，沙拉酱适量

芹菜洗干净，土豆去皮，芹菜，土豆，苹果，火腿肠切成一厘米大小。

土豆粒冷水下锅，水滚后煮10分钟左右下芹菜，待芹菜变翠绿色时，和土豆粒一起捞起。
